Meet Rosemary (Rosie)

Born and raised in the Bay Area, Rosie Yandell found her passion when she started her real estate career in 1976. Clients and friends alike concur that Rosie continues to love what she does — and her results show it!

 

Rosie’s approach to real estate is guided by Theodore Roosevelt’s principle that “Nobody cares how much you know, until they know how much you care.” Real estate is not a numbers game for Rosie. She chooses to focus on building relationships with her clients by listening thoughtfully to their needs. As a result, each transaction is handled with diligence and a pure dedication to the goals of others. She will be there for you long after the sale.

 

With her personal touch and years of experience, Rosie adeptly guides her clients through everything from finding the right lender and negotiating the perfect price to optimally preparing a home for the market. Her attention to your needs leaves no detail untouched, and as a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), she’ll make finding a new home or selling your current one an effortless experience filled with kindness, creativity, and expert advice.

 

Rosie’s loyalty and commitment to her clients are matched only by her dedication to her community, which has inspired her to share her time and talents with many worthy causes throughout the years. She currently gives back by donating to several nonprofits. Rosie earned the Good Neighbor Award from the Bay East Association of Realtors® for co-chairing an event that raised money for local schools. She also co-chaired the Hike for Hope, which benefited the local hospice. All the recognition and awards over the years pale in comparison to the satisfaction she receives from the relationships she has created.

 

In her free time, Rosie loves spending time with her family, including her husband, her five children, and her 11 grandchildren. Rosie has traveled extensively to places such as Greece, much of Europe, Panama, Cuba, the Caribbean, and Mexico. She enjoys an active life filled with exploring new places, golfing, reading, hiking, snorkeling, art, baking, and learning about different cultures.
